We've got answers.
Each plan includes a monthly and daily request allowance plus a requests-per-second ceiling. You only pay your plan rate, there are no per-request overages. If you consistently approach a limit, the Portal prompts you to upgrade before anything is throttled.
Your billing date is the day you first subscribed, shown at the top of the Billing tab in the Portal. Monthly plans renew on that date each month and annual plans renew on the same date each year.
Genesis is ideal for prototyping, Growth fits teams moving to production with steady traffic, and Enterprise suits high-throughput apps that need archival access and an SLA. Start free and the usage analytics will make the right tier obvious.
Change plans anytime from the Billing tab. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, while downgrades apply at the start of your next cycle.
Cancel in one click from the Billing tab. You keep access until the end of the current period, after which your account drops to the free Genesis tier while your configuration is preserved.
