Requests are charged per request to maintain transparency and allow you to predict your costs based on usage. This billing model ensures that you only pay for what you use, making it easy to scale services according to your needs without incurring unnecessary costs.
Your next billing date is scheduled for the same day each month as your initial sign-up date. For instance, if you subscribed on the 15th, each subsequent bill will be on the 15th of the month. If the day does not exist in a month (like subscribing on the 31st but the next month only has 30 days), the bill will occur on the last day of the month.
Choosing the best plan depends on your specific needs. If you're just starting out or have lower usage, a basic plan might be sufficient. However, if your usage is high or you require advanced features such as increased API limits or personalized support, a more comprehensive plan may be more appropriate. Assess your monthly requests, required features, and budget to decide which plan suits you best. We also offer a custom plan that can be tailored to fit your needs perfectly.
You can upgrade your plan at any time through your account dashboard. Simply log in, navigate to the 'Subscription' section, and select 'Upgrade'. You will then see the available plans and can choose the one that best fits your needs. Upgrades are effective immediately, giving you instant access to increased limits and features.
If you find that your current plan exceeds your needs, you can downgrade to a less expensive option by visiting your account settings and selecting 'Subscription'. From there, choose 'Downgrade' to view plans that are more suited to your lower usage. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle to ensure that you can still enjoy the benefits of your current plan until then.
To cancel your subscription, go to the 'Subscription' section in your account settings. Here, you'll find an option to 'Cancel Subscription'. Please note that upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
